Programme's Message

Beykent University’s Programme in Fashion Design is a two-year associate degree programme offered in our Vocational School, which aims to educate prospective designers who receive an excellent education and are equipped with qualifications required by the ready-to-wear and fashion industry, are able to combine the trends with creativity, and recognise the process from the raw material to the end product.  

We aim to educate prospective graduates who are able to evaluate leading ideas which may make up the fashion, describe materials and production techniques, make clothing designs, cut patterns and sew when necessary, and use computer aided drawing software to make designs compatible with today’s technologies. With the help of theoretical and practical courses, as well as a compulsory 30-working day-internship, we enable our students to recognise the industry from a closer perspective, and apply the knowledge they acquired.

The Programme offers Turkish-medium instruction. The English Preparatory Programme is optional.
