Career Opportunities

Graduates of the Programme have a wide range of career opportunities. They can work as semi-skilled labour in business institutions involved in the food and beverage industry in the public or private sector. Some of these job opportunities are specified as follows: in the kitchen of a domestic or international business institution involved in food and beverage services (restaurants, cafés, etc.), in the kitchen of a domestic or international business institution involved in hospitality services (hotel, holiday villages, etc.), in other public or private business institutions involved in the food and beverage services (cafeterias, public amenities, etc.), in the catering department of airline companies, and magazines involved in the subject of food and beverage.

Students with Turkish citizenship who take and pass the Vertical Transfer (Transfer from a Two-Year College to a 4-Year One) Examination (DGS) can enrol at an undergraduate degree programme.
