Educational Objectives

The Programme aims to educate prospective semi-skilled labour with qualifications who are needed in the central organisation of the Ministry of Justice, courts, and other judicial authorities.

The students who completed the Associate Degree Programme in Justice are awarded the title ‘‘Auxiliary Judicial Personnel’’, and they carry out the necessary procedures in courts, enforcement offices, and execution institutions regarding the transmission of citizen’s applications to the courts, and the enforcement of decision. The Auxiliary Judicial Personnel are semi-skilled employees who are considerably in need in the public and private sector, and have considerable employment opportunities. They can work as registrars or vice-registrars, head or vice-head of the enforcement office, or enforcement officers, head of the unit, director of administrative affairs; and court clerk, court usher, and warden in penal institutions, in notaries, law offices, companies (such as offices providing debt follow-up services and insurance companies), various public and economic institutions, and government owned or private banks.
