Educational Objectives

The Programme of Civil Aviation Cabin Services aims to educate prospective professionals who have an extensive knowledge about the Civil Aviation industry and its relation to other industries, international civil aviation organisations and rules, roles and responsibilities of the cabin crew, in-flight services, normal safety procedures, crew resource management (CRM), passenger relations, emergency rules, and first aid.

The contents of education to be given in this Programme has been designed to contribute to both professional and personal development of the students.
