Educational Objectives

The healthcare industry professionals should be qualified to provide services to humans, have high ethical values, and have required professional knowledge to minimise the risks. The sector needs both healthcare professionals and the other staff who carry out managerial, financial and administrative procedures they need in providing the healthcare services. Accordingly, the Programme aims to educate prospective qualified professionals to work in the top and middle management levels and carry out the managerial and administrative procedures required by the sector. Additionally, the Programme also aims to professionalise a semi-skilled labour group which, following a two-year education and training, will have the required business management knowledge and the ethical values, and know the healthcare sector. It is quite important that the graduates have the required knowledge and skills to work in administrative positions in any healthcare institution (hospitals, clinics, treatment centres, etc.), work successfully in any position, take responsibility in any unit of the businesses (R&D, Human Resources, Manufacturing, Marketing, Finance and Accounting), have strong communication skills, build relationships easily, and have high ethical values.
