Educational Objectives

This Programme aims to produce qualified health professionals who fulfil the duties of connecting dialysis patients to dialysis machines, monitoring them, and finalising the dialysis process in dialysis centres, offer high-quality healthcare services to patients, inform patients and their relatives about the dialysis treatment, maintain the dialysis machines, and have the required level of education about technical matters related to haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units. Besides fundamental medical sciences and theoretical vocational courses, students are also taught clinical practical courses in haemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis units.

Graduates of this Programme can work in public and private hospitals, and in dialysis centres. They can also work under the supervision of specialist physicians in the dialysis units of public and private health institutions.
