Medical Services and Techniques

Having been closely following the latest changes and developments in the healthcare industry in our country, Beykent University aims to meet the industry’s increasing need for semi-skilled labour with the associate degree health programmes within its Department of Medical Services and Techniques.

Aiming for integration with Europe, Beykent University’s Vocational School adopts Bologna standards to contribute to the development of higher education and academic standards across Europe, and the full harmonisation of the education systems by minimising discrepancies. The main goal of this Department is to enable our students to acquire a strong background for their field, and equip them with knowledge and skills required for an easy adaptation to the ever-changing and evolving technology.

Within the scope of Bologna standards, applied laboratory courses accompanying the theoretical courses are taught by academicians who are experts in their fields. Our University exerts maximum effort and gives utmost support for our students to make the best use of the theoretical and practical knowledge about their Programme acquired at the Vocational School, and the internship options in the industry. To this end, our University allows the students to choose their own healthcare institutions of internship, and also offers them the opportunity to do their internships in the University’s partner hospitals in the formal sector.
