Programme's Message

The aim of this Programme is to educate prospective graduates who have acquired technical knowledge and skills about their profession, as well as have the analytical thinking and strategical approach developing skills in the field of civil aviation.

Today, as a result of globalisation, borders have been erased and the concept of time has become more important. Accordingly, the aviation industry which is considered fast and safe has begun to grow bigger both in our country and around the world. This rapid growth in the aviation industry has, in turn, created the need for qualified labour in the sector. The Programme of Civil Aviation Cabin Services was founded to educate prospective professionals to meet this need of the airline companies.

The Programme of Civil Aviation Cabin Services aims to educate prospective professionals who fully realise the relationship of the Civil Aviation with other sectors, and have sufficient knowledge about the international civil aviation organisations and rules, roles and duties of the cabin crew members, service during flight, normal security procedures, crew resource management (CRM), passenger relations, emergency rules, and first aid.

The contents of the education and training to be given at this Programme have been designed in a way to contribute to both professional skills and personal development of the students.

Medium of instruction at the Programme of Civil Aviation is Turkish. English Preparatory Programme is optional.
