Anaesthesia Programme aims to educate prospective technical personnel who help the anaesthetists in administering anaesthesia, which is an indispensable component of the surgical sciences, undertake the responsibilities of preparing the surgical setting, using and maintaining the tools and equipment, and keeping them ready for the next session, work in operating rooms, reanimation units, and emergency rooms, and follow the advancements and developments in medicine to apply them to their practice.
Graduates of this Programme can work in the operating rooms, emergency rooms, reanimation units, and pain medicine units of the public, university and private hospitals, in operating rooms and emergency rooms of the private medical centres, and in the in vitro fertilisation centres.

Provided they pass the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS), Graduates can apply to the fields (undergraduate programmes) announced by the Centre for Assessment, Selection and Placement (ÖSYM).
