Programme's Message

Brain diseases are the third most common cause of death after coronary heart disease and all types of cancers not just in developed countries but all around the world. Ever-growing body of research and studies on both brain diseases and brain’s functions creates an increasing need for technicians educated in this field. To this end, our Programme aims to produce technologists who are skilled and competent enough to work in public and private hospitals or clinics under the supervision of otorhinolaryngologists, neurologists, pulmonologists, psychiatrists, paediatricians, and physiologists, and in medical units using neurophysiological methods required to analyse cognitive and behavioural functions of the brain and detect disorders caused by impairment of these functions, have the theoretical medical background, have the skills to use electronic devices in their field, keep up with the information and technical advancements, and respect ethical values.

The Programme of Electroneurophysiology, an important branch of Neurology and Physiology, culminates in an Associate Degree Diploma, and the graduates are awarded the title Electroneurophysiology Technologist.
