Career Opportunities

Our graduates will have a wide range of career opportunities in various areas of the textile sector. They can work as customer representatives, outsourcing supervisors, modelists, etc. in production planning, ready-to-wear clothing, apparel, weaving, yarn, knitting, painting and finishing, and computer aided pattern and design departments. They can also work as master trainers in schools and course centres affiliated with the Public Education Centres and municipalities.

They can start their career even with a little amount of capital and a small workshop, or even with a sewing machine, an iron, and a piece of fabric in a room of their house. Those who improved their skills in pattern design and modelling applications can start production individually.

Students with Turkish citizenship who take and pass the Vertical Transfer (Transfer from a Two-Year College to a 4-Year One) Examination (DGS) can enrol at an undergraduate degree programme.
