The number of traffic accidents and industrial workplace accidents is gradually increasing since the elderly population increase in our country, as in the world. For this reason, we need Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation services more and more each day in order to correct the unfavourable conditions such as lack of physical activity, injury, painful situations, and dysfunctions. Since Physiotherapy constantly renews itself with all its components through the contributions of the auxiliary equipment, and techniques developed within the field, there is also a need for qualified Physiotherapists and Physiotherapy Technologists who will serve as assistants to Physiotherapists in the industry. To this end, the Physiotherapy Programme aims to educate prospective qualified auxiliary health personnel who attach importance to the human health and ethical values, and are able to administer Physiotherapy treatments to patients under the supervision of a Physiotherapy specialist and Physiotherapist.
